CURATED BROOKLYN LOFT

This Brooklyn loft was designed through a deeply intuitive, editorial lens where every layer tells a story and nothing feels accidental. I approached this space with the mindset of creating a lived in luxury that feels collected over time not installed overnight.

The textures are what ground the entire room. You have soft sheer drapery diffusing that raw industrial light paired against warm wood tones that bring richness and depth. The contrast between the smooth finishes of the furniture and the organic imperfections of the space like the exposed piping and ceiling creates that perfect New York tension between refined and undone.

Pattern plays a huge role here but in a controlled confident way. The rug introduces movement and energy while still sitting comfortably within the palette. It does not overpower it anchors. That is intentional. I never design for chaos I design for balance that still feels expressive.

Stylistically this leans into a curated vintage modern mix. The furniture feels sourced not selected like pieces discovered in different eras and brought together with purpose. The greenery softens the structure bringing life into what could otherwise feel too architectural.

This space represents me as a New York City designer because it is layered confident and personal. It is not about perfection it is about perspective. It reflects how I see design as something emotional elevated and effortlessly cool.
